Retail Beer Releases: Waiting List or First Come, First Served?

With the Founders Canadian Breakfast Stout and Surly Darkness releases happening in the past month, I’ve spent a fair amount of time pondering a question: “If I owned a beer store, would I have a waiting list for rare beers or make it first come, first served?”
